- Pick-up orders MUST be in by 8pm for collection after 2pm the following day.
- We are aiming to get orders out the next day– occasionally this may still take another day due to situations out of our control.
- Orders are processed mainly Monday to Thursday; and Friday if we can guarantee delivery. (No deliveries on stat holidays).
- Most courier charges are per 20kg box – if two boxes are required for your order, your courier charge will double.
